| Project timing: | 2004—2013 | Objective: | Construction of a category 1-B high-speed motorway, which will cross the city and will connect Main Port with Ring Road and federal highways. The project will improve situation with traffic in the city centre |  | Description: | Total length of the motorway – 46.6 km mainly with 8 pathways. The trestle part reaches 55%. The motorway will include 14 interchanges of different levels and unique bridges works with the ship clear-way of 55 and 35 meters height. The highway speed is expected to be 120 km/h. The volume of cars is expected to be 20—128 thousands per day | Location: | Southern part – 11.50 km from the southern part of city ring road to the border of the Saint-Petersburg trade seaport. Central part – 8.95 km from the trade seaport along the center to the north of the city.
