Seaport passenger terminal

Objective:

Construction of a contemporary seaport terminal with traffic capacity of 1.5 million passengers per year

Description:

The project includes creation of new territories and reconstructing of existing waterways. Construction of several terminals and seven new moorings for large sea vessels (up to 300 m in length and 9 m. in depth). New seaport will satisfy the standards of safety for vessels and passengers

Location:

On the Gulf of Finland coast, close to the city’s historic centre

Project status:

1 mln sq. meters of land was created. Mooring construction is in progress. The mooring of 1st vessel was on 10th of September 2008

$276 mln
